Friday Yummy Breakfast



I was craving Cottage Cheese this morning. I usually eat it at night but today I decided to add for breakfast with my oatmeal and a spoon of peanut butter. 

I use the 21 day fix system to measure my foods. It helps me save time and I know I won't be over eating. Everyone in my support group starts with this program. Specially those that really struggle with nutrition. 

I notice that cottage cheese gives me an extra boost before my workouts so I started incorporating it more in my diet lately. Right now my goal is to reduce body fat and continue building muscles. 

This journey can be difficult at times that's why I surround myself with like minded people to continue pushing forward. Don't give up, keep pushing!!
