21 Day Fix Approved Banana Pancakes




I have recently discovered my passion for this babies. I always loved pancakes and Now I found a way to incorporate them into my 21 Day Fix Meal plan. You need very few ingredients and they really simple to make and most importantly they really fast to make.


Ingredients :

1 Ripe Banana
2 Eggs
Cinnamon
1 table spoon of Vanilla extract
and coconut oil


                 
Step 1 

Place banana and eggs in a bowl and whisk it until you get a nice creamy consistency.


 




Step 2

Heat up the pan, place coconut oil and add the pancake mix in to the pan. Cook like any other pancakes. You can also add some oatmeals to this recipe.









Now your Banana Pancakes are ready for you to eat.... Enjoy !!
