Coaching through my Experience

I remember those days working at Fedex in the city. Long commutes in the Train to get to work and to come back home. Feeling that there was more to life, that I was created for more. Working 12+ hours a day and coming home to eat Pizza and watch Netflix. Finding the time to workout and take care of my health was not easy at first, but the sacrifices were worth it because it opened many doors that I never imagined were possible.

I was so afraid at first of becoming a coach, the financial struggle, the fears of rejection, the fear of not knowing a lot of people. But

now I live a life with Purpose helping others see theres more! Inspiring, Mentoring, Leading others to be the best version they were created to be. So blessed for all the great experiences, the places, the supportive, and uplifting people I being able to meet. A coach is simply a mentor, a leader, a friend that wants to see you succeed! But must importantly a normal person sharing his struggles and victories with the Hope to inspire someone to change!

Becoming a coach is that one decision I can honestly say I will never regret. If you have thought or even considered becoming a coach let's talk.

Have Faith

What giants are rising in your life that are holding you back from reaching your full potential?
For me this Giant represented emotional eating, depression, lack of discipline, LAZINESS! But I now I was created for more. I am a warrior and I will conquer all the things that were holding me back.

One can simply say I'm going to conquer this things and expect them to magically disappear but the reality is that is does not work like that. Every day you have to wake up and fight for what you want. God has giving you the power to have control over this things in your life. But as you begin to show up and through consistent action you will begin to defeat them.

It's going to be a long process, but you need to start. And stop allowing the destructive behaviors take a hold of your life. The first step I recommend is to create a plan of how your day is going to go down. So plan ahead of time so things can go according to plan. Start taking actions! what are those things you been leaving for tomorrow and every day you feel guilty for not doing them. Maybe is the I will start my workouts next MONDAY and Monday comes and you don't do a thing. Or maybe is something as simple as cleaning your room, doing your homework or even doing you hair. Common! being honest with yourself is the first step, guys!

So remember set up you calendar and make sure you are getting enough hours of sleep everyday. Because if you are feeling tire and sluggish you won't be able to accomplish anything.

For me my list consist of waking up at 5am and going to bed at 10-11pm at night. Dedicating a least one hour to god in the morning and doing my personal development as well. I make sure to do my 30 minute workout every day and also prepare my foods in advance. What you put in your calendar is entirely up to you my friend but just make sure you create your calendar with the things that are important to you.

Cottage Cheese, Veggies Burrito

This morning I woke really hungry and I was craving Tacos for breakfast! I know tacos in the Am, the hunger was real! Before I started prepping my meat, I remembered today is Friday and I can't eat meat. I am a catholic so it's part of the tradition. Honestly is something I don't really know the why, so I guess I will Google it later on when I'm done writing this Blog. But this year was a personal choice not to eat meat during this time.

So I took a look at my nutrition plan to see what I can substitute meat with and obviously Eggs where the first choice. Since I eat them almost every day for Breakfast with Oatmeal. But today I wanted to do something different.

Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring, you only need to have a system in place. For me that's where the 21 day fix program come in place because it has allow me to learn how to eat according to my needs. But unlike most programs, this program is really flexible when it comes to the choices we can make when it comes to our foods!

I like to keep things as simple as possible since I don't love to be in the kitchen. I prefer things that are quick and easy to make. If i saves me money, time and is simple, I'm making it. I personally don't like to add a lot of condiments to my meals. I do my best to eat it at simple as possible, Just adding a little bit of salt, black pepper and some garlic.

The ingredients were:

 2 Eggs (Red Container)
 2% Cottage Cheese (Red Container)
1 whole wheat Tortilla ( 2 Yellow Containers)
 Onions (Green Container)
                                            Green Peppers (Green Container)

I used a table spoon of Coconut Oil to fry the veggies and eggs,
I warm the tortilla about a minute each side. This meal is fairly simple to make and it won't take a lot of your time. I love the fact that you can get as creative as you want with the meals, as long as it fits your containers needs for the day. I'm really excited about my my Fitness Journey because I finally found something that works me.
